ClothingCue is operated by MinhStar Technology LLC. We collect the information needed to run restock alerts: your account email, optional phone number, saved product URLs, selected sizes/colors/lengths, alert preferences, notification history, and basic operational logs. If you send feedback, we also collect your message, selected category, optional contact email, optional product or page context, and abuse-prevention metadata such as hashed IP address and browser user agent.

We use this data to read product details, check availability, send alerts, troubleshoot delivery, prevent abuse, and improve store support. If affiliate links are enabled, outbound shopping links may be routed through an affiliate network.

If paid plans are enabled, Stripe handles checkout, payment methods, invoices, and subscription management. ClothingCue stores Stripe customer and subscription identifiers, subscription status, selected price, and renewal timing, but not full card numbers.

Some outbound retailer links may be processed by affiliate networks so we can understand eligible shopping activity and earn commissions. Affiliate networks may use cookies or similar technologies according to their own privacy policies.

We rely on infrastructure and messaging providers such as Supabase, Vercel, Railway, Resend, Twilio, and affiliate networks when configured. These providers process data only as needed to deliver the service.

We keep account and tracking data while your account is active or as needed to provide alerts, prevent abuse, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and maintain business records. We use access controls, provider security controls, and operational safeguards designed to protect personal information.

You can delete tracked items, remove your phone number, pause alerts, and contact us to request account deletion or data export. SMS alerts require a verified phone number and can be disabled from settings.

ClothingCue is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access, deletion, correction, portability, or limits on certain uses of personal information. Contact us to make a request.
